Submit Your Interest in Pre-Assigned Opportunities
The Bidding section in the My Ride Partner App allows you to view and submit your interest in available contract routes assigned to your account. This feature gives you the opportunity to secure regular work through your platform.

The distribution, sharing, or misuse of your login details is strictly prohibited.
Access to the MyRide Partner Platform is for your use only.
In line with our Data Policy and Privacy Policy, we use secure authentication and tracking (including cookies and device data) to detect unauthorised access.

If we detect shared, duplicated, or unauthorised login activity:
  • Your access will be immediately terminated
  • You will be permanently removed from the MyRide Platform
  • The incident will be reported to your local licensing authority and law enforcement

All contract details, routes, fares, and platform information are confidential and may not be copied, screenshotted, or distributed in any form.
By logging in, you agree to these terms.

Access Requirements

To view and bid on contracts, you must upload a valid Enhanced DBS certificate through the Compliance section of the app.
Without this, your access will be limited and you won’t be able to submit bids.

Viewing Available Contracts

Once you're verified, you’ll see all open contracts available to you.
For each opportunity, you can view:
  • The route overview
  • Pickup and drop-off points
  • Estimated timings and journey details
These routes are specifically shown to you based on your account and eligibility.

Submitting a Bid

To express your interest in a contract:
  1. Tap on the contract you want to view
  2. Review the full trip information
  3. Tap Submit Bid
You’ll receive a confirmation once your bid is submitted.
✅ You can submit interest in as many contracts as you'd like — there’s no restriction on the number of bids.

What Happens After You Submit a Bid?

Once submitted:

  • Your platform’s Operations and Planning team will review your bid
  • They’ll reach out if more information is needed or to confirm assignment
  • You’ll be notified of the outcome through the app or directly by the team

Stay Prepared

To improve your chances of securing contracts:
  • Make sure your Enhanced DBS is uploaded and valid
  • Keep all compliance documents up to date
  • Maintain a strong driver rating and performance record
