Compensation for Missed Connections Due to Delays
While we do not offer compensation for missed train, ferry, or coach departures, we may consider refunding the cost of your taxi fare if the delay was caused by an issue on our side and you had agreed to our recommendation of arriving at least 30–45 minutes before departure.
Please note that if you adjusted the recommended pick-up time at your discretion, we cannot accept liability for missed departures.
