What time should I arrive at the airport?

To help ensure a smooth and stress-free start to your journey, we recommend arriving at the airport with enough time to complete check-in, security screening, and any other pre-departure requirements.

Arrival recommendations

Arrival times may vary depending on how you have checked in and the airport you are travelling from. As a general guide:

  1. Manual check-in

Arrive at least 4 hours before departure to allow time for check-in desks, security checks, and boarding procedures.

  1. Online check-in

Arrive at least 3 hours before departure if you have already checked in online and only need to drop off luggage or proceed directly to security.
These timeframes are designed to reduce stress and allow for unexpected queues or delays.

Choosing to arrive at the airport with less time than recommended is entirely at your discretion. Please note that Cab My Ride is unable to accept responsibility for delays, disruptions, or missed flights resulting from insufficient arrival time at the airport.
