We aim to make airport pick-ups as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please review the information below to help ensure a seamless arrival and quick connection with your driver.

Free waiting time

All airport pick-ups include up to 1 hour of complimentary waiting time, calculated from your flight’s actual landing time.
  1. Flight arrivals are monitored automatically when a flight number is provided
  2. If your flight is delayed, pickup times are adjusted accordingly
  3. For significant delays or changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible

Meet & Greet service

You can add Meet & Greet to your booking:
  1. In the Cab My Ride app - whilst booking tap personalise and add Meet & Greet
  2. Booking Online - Tick the Meet & Greet Option

With Meet & Greet:

  1. Your driver will meet you inside the terminal - specific meeting points are below and emailed to you 24 hrs before departure. 
  2. Drivers will be holding a Cab My Ride name board on their smartphone. 
  3. This option is recommended for international arrivals, families, and first-time visitors

Terminal 2

  1. Directly outside Arrivals hall your driver will meet you here.
  2. Meet your driver by the eSim store directly outside arrivals exit 
  3. Your driver will be waiting with a Cab My Ride name board

Terminal 3

  1. Arrivals are located on the Ground Floor and Level 2
  2. Meet your driver by outside the M&S Food store.
  3. Look for the Cab My Ride name board

Terminal 4

  1. Meet your driver by the Currency Exchange near Costa Coffee 
  2. Your driver will meet you with a Cab My Ride name board

  1. Meet your driver by the Pret A Manger as you exit arrivals
  2. Your driver will be holding a Cab My Ride name board

If you have not booked Meet & Greet

If Meet & Greet is not included in your booking:
  1. Your driver will contact you after you land
  2. A suitable car park or short-stay meeting point will be agreed directly
  3. Please keep your phone switched on and accessible after arrival

Helpful tips for a smooth pick-up

  1. Ensure your phone is charged and switched on
  2. Check messages or missed calls after landing
  3. Confirm your arrival exit where multiple exits are available
  4. Look for the Cab My Ride name board before leaving the terminal
