1. Flight arrivals are monitored automatically when a flight number is provided
2. If your flight is delayed, pickup times are adjusted accordingly

Meet & Greet service

1. In the Cab My Ride app - whilst booking tap personalise and add Meet & Greet
   
2. Booking Online - Tick the Meet & Greet Option
   

With Meet & Greet:

1. Your driver will meet you inside the terminal - specific meeting points are below and emailed to you 24 hrs before departure. 
2. Drivers will be holding a Cab My Ride name board on their smartphone. 
3. This option is recommended for international arrivals, families, and first-time visitors

Heathrow Airport pick-ups

Terminal 2

1. Directly outside Arrivals hall your driver will meet you here.
2. Your driver will be waiting with a Cab My Ride name board
   

Terminal 3

1. Arrivals are located on the Ground Floor and Level 2
   
2. As you come from arrivals you'll see a Sim Local shop - you're driver will meet you here. 
   
3. Look for the Cab My Ride name board

Terminal 4

1. Meet you by the Currency Exchange near Costa Coffee 
2. Your driver will meet you with a Cab My Ride name board

Terminal 5 – North Meeting Point

1. Meet you by the glass lift to the right of Costa Coffee as you exit arrivals
2. Your driver will be holding a Cab My Ride name board

Gatwick Airport pick-ups

North Terminal

1. Two arrival exits are available:

If you have not booked Meet & Greet

1. Your driver will contact you after you land
2. A suitable car park or short-stay meeting point will be agreed directly
