representing Aryvo, maintaining a positive attitude can make a riders day. Timeliness and reliability is of paramount, be ready and on time to all bookings; if you are running late please call your rider.
Please ensure that you are polite throughout the whole endurance of the journey. This is formatted by having a general conversation with your passengers, asking about them and not tell them about you or any issues you have. This includes your opinion on political views, problems you have with us as a company or attempting to sell unwanted items. Please refrain from asking personal questions to any of the riders, that may make them feel uncomfortable.
We expect our riders all to receive a 5* experience, If an issue does arise from the service you’ve provided please respond quickly to maintain your payment schedule.
When you have riders on board please ensure that you are following the simple rules below:
No speeding
No illegal driving moves
No harsh acceleration or
braking
Provide smooth rides
Safety and security are key
Do not use your phone or have headphones in, please only use your phone when communicating with the Aryvo team
