Before contacting us, please check your booking confirmation for:
- The agreed pickup location or meeting point
- Whether Meet & Greet was included
- The driver’s name, vehicle details, and contact information
At airports, meeting points can vary by terminal and arrival exit.
Check your phone
Your driver may have attempted to contact you by:
- Phone call
- SMS or WhatsApp message
Please ensure your phone is switched on, has signal, and is not on silent mode.
Remain at the pickup point
If you have arrived early or exited through a different arrivals area, your driver may still be en route or waiting at the agreed location. Remaining nearby helps avoid missing each other.
If you still cannot locate your driver, please contact Cab My Ride immediately so we can assist.

If Meet & Greet was not booked
If your booking does not include Meet & Greet:
- The driver may be waiting in a nearby short-stay or car park area
- The driver will usually contact you after landing to agree a convenient meeting point
