The Offers section lets you view and accept trips that have been made available by your platform. These offers are released based on availability, demand, and your individual profile settings.
Not every driver sees the same trip offers. The offers you see are influenced by a number of key factors, including:
This helps ensure that trips are assigned to drivers best suited for each journey.
Go to the Offers section in the app.
Review the list of available trips.
Each offer will show:
Tap on the trip to view more details.
Tap Claim Trip to accept the trip.
Note: The app may take up to 30 seconds to process your request.
The screen won’t change after you accept — so always double-check the trip before tapping.
If you're no longer able to complete an accepted trip and your platform allows it, you can hand the trip back from your Schedule screen.
Please follow your platform’s policy when doing this, as repeated handbacks may affect your future offers.
Keeping your profile and preferences up to date helps the system match you with trips that fit your skills, experience, and availability — leading to better job satisfaction and higher ratings.
