What You Can and Can’t Edit
Currently, you cannot edit your:
- Name
- Contact number
- Email address
These fields are locked for verification and compliance purposes, but we’ll be adding more editing features in future updates.
What You Can Update
Here’s what you can customise in your profile:
- Profile Picture - Upload a clear, professional photo so customers and dispatchers can easily recognise you.
- Languages Spoken - Let customers know what languages you're fluent in — this can improve comfort and communication.
- Trip Preferences - Choose the types of trips you'd like to do, such as:
- Airport Transfers
- Executive Rides
- School Transport
- Local Jobs
- Specialised Skills - Highlight any relevant qualifications or abilities like:
- Wheelchair-accessible transport
- Luggage handling
- SEN (Special Educational Needs) training
- Defensive driving certification
- Gender - This may help with specific customer requirements or assignment policies.
