Clients who need to book many transfers at once, such as for cruise passengers, group travel, or corporate transfers.

🚀 What is Bulk Trip Upload?

Our Bulk Upload tool allows you to upload all your bookings in one go — directly through your Client Portal. Just prepare a CSV or Excel file and let the system do the rest.


📂 Step 1 — Prepare Your File

To ensure smooth upload and accurate booking, your spreadsheet must include:

  1. File Format Requirements:
    1. Excel file (.xlsx or .xls)
    2. Passenger name, contact details
    3. Pickup and dropoff locations
    4. Pickup time and date
    5. Number of passengers and luggage
    6. Flight number (if applicable)

Tips:

Double-check spelling and address formats.

Use our Sample Template to get started (download link available in your portal).


🔗 Step 2 — Upload Your Spreadsheet

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click on Bulk Upload from the menu.
  3. Select your CSV or Excel file.

If needed, set Advanced Options:

For example, group passengers:

Any passengers travelling within 1 hour of each other and picked up within 3 KM can be grouped into one vehicle to optimise costs.


✅ Step 3 — Review & Confirm

Once uploaded:

An overview page will display all trips about to be booked.

Check passenger numbers, ride types, and each individual trip.

Make any edits or changes as needed.

Click Confirm to finalise your bookings.


🗂️ Step 4 — Manage Your Trips

After confirmation, all trips appear in Your Trips.

Here you can:

Edit bookings (e.g., change times or passenger names).

Cancel services if plans change.

Monitor upcoming trips in your usual Overview Page.

Row-Level Validation Rules

Name:

  • Required, cannot be empty

Contact Number:

  • Required, cannot be empty

Email:

  • Must be a valid email format (if provided)

No. Pax:

  • Required, must be a number
  • Must be between 1 and 8 (inclusive)

Date of journey:

  • Required
  • Must be in "DD/MM/YYYY" format
  • Must be a valid date

Collection time:

  • Required
  • Must be in "HH:MM" format
  • Must be a valid time

Combined Date & Time:

  • Must be at least 1 hour in the future from current time

Transfer From (Pickup Location):

  • Required, cannot be empty
  • Must be at least 10 characters long

Transfer To (Dropoff Location):

  • Required, cannot be empty
  • Must be at least 10 characters long
