Quick Book for Fast Guest Transfers

Who should use this?

Hotels, reception desks, NHS sites, airports — any reception-based team that needs to book trips quickly and easily for guests, patients, or travellers.


🚀 What is Quick Book?

Quick Book is the fastest way to create a booking straight from your venue — in under 30 seconds. It’s designed for front desk teams to book safe, reliable transfers for guests with just a few clicks.

When your account is set up, your chosen pickup point (for example, hotel lobby or hospital main entrance) is automatically shown at the top of your Quick Book screen to speed things up.

How to Create a Quick Booking

  1. Log in to your Client Portal.
  2. Click on Quick Book.
  3. Fill in the customer and trip details:
    1. Name
    2. Room Number or Contact Number
    3. Pickup Date & Time
    4. Destination Address
    5. Number of Passengers
      1. Add Luggage Details if needed.
    6. Select Ride Type
      The system automatically selects the most suitable vehicle based on passengers and luggage.
      You can adjust this if needed.

Choose Payment Type

If your account (or your staff login) is authorised to book Account Trips, you’ll see this option here.

Account Booking Rules
Only authorised staff added by your admin can book on account.
Only staff members authorised by your company admin will see the Account Payment option. 
This helps you manage who can book trips that are billed to your company account.

After Booking

Trips scheduled within the next 24 hours will appear on your Upcoming Trips list.

You can edit or cancel any booking before it is picked up.

Once a driver accepts the trip, it will appear under Active Trips, where you can track the vehicle in real time.
