Schedule

The Schedule section is your go-to area to view and manage all trips that have been pre-assigned to you. Whether you’re a contracted driver or working flexible shifts, this keeps you organised and ready for every journey.

Where to Find It

Your Schedule is located right on the bottom dock of the app.

Tap it anytime to see your upcoming work.

What You’ll See

Tap on any day of the week to view your assigned trips for that day.

For each trip, you’ll see:

  1. Fare
  2. Trip time
  3. Pickup location
  4. Date, displayed in the middle of the card

View Trip Details

Tap any trip to view more information.

You’ll be able to see:

  1. A full trip breakdown, including fare and time
  2. A route overview
  3. Pickup and drop-off points
  4. Any notes or extras related to the job

Handing Back Trips

Some trips may be eligible for handback.

If so, the Hand Back button will appear instead of Start Trip.

If you’re the contracted driver and the trip is due soon, you’ll only see the Start Trip button — as the job is confirmed for you.

Starting Your Trip

To begin the trip, simply tap Start Trip.

The app will then guide you through the full Trip Flow, step by step.

Pro Tip

Make it a habit to check your schedule daily.

It helps avoid missed trips, improves reliability, and ensures you’re always prepared.

Need help or see a trip that shouldn’t be there?

Tap the Chat icon from within the trip or reach out to Driver Support directly through the app.
