Our drivers take responsibility for any lost property found in their vehicles and promptly inform our office. Upon receiving a claim for a lost item, drivers will coordinate with you to arrange for the safe return either through delivery or collection.
However, it's important to note that while we take every precaution to handle lost items with care, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur to personal belongings during transportation or storage. We advise customers to ensure that valuable or delicate items are securely stored and to double-check belongings before exiting the vehicle to minimise the risk of loss or damage.
Any returns of lost property are subject to fees which are negotiated by the driver and the owner. Failure to agree payment for the driver, will result in items being handed over to the local police station. Aryvo do not accept responsibility here.
