Your booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time. Our driver will arrive promptly at this time to facilitate a smooth and efficient pick-up process.


Flight Monitoring

We actively monitor flight statuses to adjust for delays or early arrivals, ensuring your driver is there when you need them. To take advantage of this service, it’s essential to provide your flight number during the booking process. This allows us to optimize your pick-up time and minimise any waiting inconvenience.


Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed and we are not notified, please contact us immediately:

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but timely communication is crucial.


Additional Waiting Charges

If you do not arrive within the allocated 60-minute free waiting period, the following charges may apply:

  • Additional Waiting Time: £25 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments).
  • Increased Parking Fees: Any additional parking costs incurred due to extended waiting times must be settled directly at the airport.
