Complimentary waiting time

All airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time, calculated from your scheduled pick-up time or actual landing time when flight details are provided.

Your driver will arrive promptly based on the booking details to ensure an efficient and timely collection.

Flight monitoring

We actively monitor flight arrivals to adjust for delays or early landings.

To benefit from flight monitoring, it is essential that you provide your flight number when booking. This allows us to:

  1. Track your flight in real time
  2. Adjust your driver’s arrival where possible
  3. Reduce unnecessary waiting or delays

If your flight is delayed and we have not been notified, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Additional waiting charges

If you do not arrive within the included 60-minute free waiting period, additional charges may apply:
  1. Additional waiting time is charged at £25 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments
  2. Any extra airport parking fees incurred due to extended waiting time are payable directly at the airport

These charges reflect costs incurred while the driver remains on standby.
