Will I Be Charged if I Cancel Due to a Flight Delay or Cancellation?

We understand that flight delays and cancellations can be frustrating and sometimes unavoidable. The information below explains how cancellations are handled in these situations.

Cancellations due to flight delays or cancellations

Airport transfer bookings are scheduled and dispatched based on the details provided at the time of booking. This includes allocating a driver and vehicle specifically for your journey.
If you cancel a booking due to a flight delay or cancellation, charges may still apply depending on:

  1. When the cancellation is made
  2. Whether a driver has already been dispatched or is on standby
  3. The terms agreed at the time of booking
Each case is reviewed individually based on the circumstances and booking status.

Importance of flight details

Providing your flight number when booking allows us to monitor flight status and manage your pickup more effectively.

Where possible, this may allow us to:

  1. Adjust pickup times for delays
  2. Reduce unnecessary waiting
  3. Avoid disruption to your booking

Early notification gives us the best chance to manage the booking appropriately and minimise any impact.

Charges and refunds

Cancellation charges are applied in line with our terms and conditions. As drivers and vehicles are reserved in advance, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the timing and status of the booking.

Any applicable charges will be based on the service already allocated or provided.
