Trip Issue

Report a trip issue via the My Ride Partner app is simple and convenient. 
Here's how:
  1. Earnings
  2. Invoices
  3. All 
  4. Locate the invoice
  5. Trip List - At the bottom of the screen
  6. Open the affected trip 
  7. Tap Issue with Trip

We aim to resolve queries within 72 hrs, however, depending on the issue this may take longer. 
Our call centre is unable to deal with driver queries, please don't contact the office for these issues. 
All quieres must be submitted via the app and will be resolved via driver chat or email.
