Luggage requirements

Luggage requirements

When fulfilling our exectuive work please greet the customer and take their luggage if they allow you to. Please bring your vehicle as close as you can, so that the rider is not having to travel a far distance with their luggage

It is compulsory that you assist with the riders luggage especially when placing the luggage in the back of the vehicle. If you cannot lift the luggage due any health conditions please let us know and we will not allocate you jobs that require lifting luggage. Please allow the riders to sit in the vehicle before you start placing the luggage in the boot of the vehicle.

Our standard saloon vehicle can take 2 passengers and 2 luggage, an estate vehicle can usually take up to 2 passengers 4 luggage or 3 passengers 3 luggage. I would always make sure with the drivers if they can take the amount of luggage.

Our large vehicles 6 seaters can take 6 passengers and only 4 luggage. Again I would always confirm with the driver as each knows how much their vehicle can hold and our 6 seater fleet is a mix of different cars.

Our 8 seater vehicles can take 8 passengers, 6 large suitcases, 3-4 small hand luggage bags. If there are 5/6  passengers, 6 large suitcases, 6 hand luggage.
