• Trousers – Smart trousers only (no casual or sportswear)
• Shoes – Clean, closed-toe smart shoes
• Jacket/Coat – Smart outerwear where appropriate (especially during colder months)

Unacceptable Clothing

The following items are strictly not permitted whilst on duty:

• Hoodies
• Track pants / joggers
• Trainers
• Slippers or open footwear
• Any clothing that is dirty, torn, or inappropriate

General Standards

• Clothing must be clean, well-fitted, and ironed at all times
• Personal hygiene must be maintained to a high standard
• Drivers should present themselves in a way that reflects a professional, reliable, and premium service

Compliance

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in:

• Removal from jobs
• Temporary suspension from the platform
• Further action in line with driver performance and compliance standards
